Happy 80th Grandpa J, we love you.

Happy Birthday to my dad, who has always shown us unconditional love. I love you very much and wish I could be there to celebrate with you. Abi is very lucky to have you as her grandpa. See you at Christmas.

Water Play

We have had some really hot weather this week triple digits. Yesterday we decide to bring out hop scotch sprinkler that we got. Abi had a lot of fun.

Playing around

Playing dress up she is so pretty, I love that smile.

Every morning when I go in to get Abi up she will do one of two things, the first is she will like to hide behind a blanket and sit real still when you ask "Wheres Abi" she will peek her head out. the other is she likes to lay back down and go ahhh shhhhwwww (her version of snoring) it is funny, cute and annoying.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Celebrating daddy's birthday with a special supper, cake and presents. I really liked the card I gave him. I find it and take it every where with me.

Cookies for Daddy

For daddy's birthday we made him oatmeal cookies, (we I mean mommy, I helped a little ok for myself) I tasted the dough, oats and even flower and then the dough once it was all together, mmmm it was good. I tried to stir but was to hard I just wanted some more dough.

Wildcat time

We are embracing the Wildcats hard not to when this town is all about the Wildcats, they are alright for football but it is good to see the town behind there local college team. Bill said that we need to post the one with her crying when they lose.

The other day I went in to get Abi up from her nap and Java followed me in to say hello so I picked her up and set her in the crib and she was content.

Cheeesssee

The first one doesn't have to do with the title but wanted to post it as well. She is storing toys under her blankie. Anyway the other two pictures are what I am talking about. Abi knows what a camera is for and phone. The other day she picked up my cell phone held it out in front of her and said "Cheeessse" I have noticed her do it with my old cell and also the camera before. It is way to funny.

New shoes

We got Abi some new shoes last weekend (again) Well we got them home and I put them on her to get used to them. Well before I put them on I noticed that they lit up so Abi was watching them as she would walk and it is not safe for her. The lights are on the side of her shoe so she will look at them and while walking she goes in that direction and almost running into the wall.

Sick Baby

Recently we had a sick baby in our house. The first day she had a high fever and congested. The next day low temp but still congested. Here are some pictures of her not in order so I will comment on the pics. The first 3 are when she fell asleep on the couch at 7 pm. She had fallen asleep earlier for her nap on the couch when I went to move her she was up and for the rest of the day. So there for that night this is what happened. I was grateful that she slept all night.

First day of being sick she fell asleep on the chair, you know she was so congested because when I went to pick her up and put her to bed the chair was wet where she was sleeping, and she got my shoulder good to when taking her to bed.
