Abigail is finaly here after years of waiting and nine months of anticipation of who she would look like. I started to have contractions on thurseday at 1:30 and we arrived at the hospital at 3:30 pm they check me out and yes I was having contractions every 2 minutes but unfortunatly I was not dialating so they sent us to walk around to see if that helped it did alittle but my contractions were so intence that I was also sick which I guess was a good thing said a nurse who saw me sick said I was progressing which was good but when I got back I was only 1 more cm so we needed to see what the doctor would say stay or go home. Thank god for being sick other wise they would have sent me home. At 6 I checked into my room and at 630 the epi was administared. For the next several hours I would not feel to much, at one time around 3 in the morning I could feel a contraction in the left side and the button to have myself give a dose every 15 minutes was not working and prior to that my blood pressure went down so they gave me more medicen for that. The epi doctor came in and gave me some more and had to move the catator as my left side was very numb and I could not feel it at all or move it. I did get a little fever so we had to get that down but all of this happened around the same time plus Abi was face up so we were have to move alot to get her in the right angle but on my right side her heart would slow down so I got to have oxygen. Around 6 am they said it was time to push and one hour later our beatiful girl was born.
